Interviewing local real estate market experts

I want to augment some market data analysis in development proposals with data from interviews of professionals who have firsthand experience in the local market.

Does anyone have experience doing this? Are there examples of questionnaires out there? Do I have to inidividually recognize them in the proposals or can I leave them as an anonymous group? Basically, I'm looking for the best way to do this in the shortest amount of time since this is a part of a project with limited time...roughly 5 weeks.

I have commonly done this and have also been interviewed by others for this kind of data. There really are no examples I can think of. Generally, there are just a few questions targeted to the kinds of information the researcher is looking for:

What kinds o fbusinesses are approaching you for available land?

Are there any unusual infrastructure requirements, like rail, etc?

What is the size parcel they are looking for?

You get the idea. Figure out what you need to know and just ask it. It does not need to be informal, and it is just qualitative data. I have never know anyone to cite sources.
