I'm new here. The info. here is very interesting. I'm not in Planning - I have a Marketing/Retail degree from Syracuse University and I work in Property Management for a nonprofit.
I love to see modern homes and buildings as well as well-preserved historic areas. I'm interested in renovation and revitalization and what it can do for a city or a neighborhood. I like to wander around my city, and when I travel I like to walk or drive around and explore other cities.
Welcome from the Florida panhandle during the extended evening cocktail hour. But be careful for the playa who calls himself "The One." That one is bad apples.
