Being new to the forum, I wanted to introduce myself. I'm not a planner, though I do take an interest in what affects our urban regions (as well as the rural ones.) Regional cooperation that does not stop at municipal boundaries is of great interest to me so it seemed natural that I should join a forum where others would have something to say about this and probably a host of other issues.
