    Oddball
Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?
    From Kelly's Heroes (1970)

Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.
    From Electric Horseman (1979)

    Adding A Few More...

This Bear was thinking about "road trip" tunes the other day. Here's a couple more from my collection (that would be good fits for the car stereo as you zip along at 55 mph..... ).....

49 Mercury Blues - Brian Setzer Orchestra
    Radar Love - Golden Earing

I don't have anything specific to add to this list....but I do enjoy freaking out my daughter on road trips by tuning in to the oldies or classic rock stations along the way and jamming in the car to the really good songs (we don't have a CD player in the car). Last night's embarssment was Spirit in the Sky...how can you ignore the opening riff?

I refuse to cross state lines without having A Tribe Called Quest's "The Low End Theory" and "Midnight Marauders" and De La Soul's "De La Soul is Dead". I may not listen to them, but I have to have them in the car.
