    Planner III (project planner) Don't you love it when they decide to call you a number instead of a verbal description of your job.

    I'll just lump them all;

    Now Converted to "Simple Man" (Self-proclaimed)

    My current title is so exalted that I will not patronize you all with it

    Instead, I will post the (past) titles I've been least and most proud of:

    > least: "student office assistant" (college job) mostly filing and photocopying. USD 3.25 / hr.

    > most: "corporal" (nat'l service) yelling at (and helping) people. equiv. USD 0.35/Hr (approx.)

    My title is Senior Planner, which in the coming years, will be more and more appropriate. I see the progression: Senior Planner --> Senior Citizen Planner --> Senile Planner. It won't be pretty.

    I am also on occasion: Deputy Director of Planning. Impressive title with no extra pay.

    Yes! (Well is 45 days now!)

    I am in my last year of university (in Australia) and completing a thesis as part of the course. I have been working part time in the planning industry since i was in year 2 of uni, and as a requirement of our degree i worked a full year (paid) in a planning role.

    Now that i have a short while left, i have managed to secure a full time job, and am working part time till i finish uni!
