I'm looking for examples of zoning ordinance provisions for a "Resort Zone." What I need is something more than a motel zone, something less than a Disneyworld zone. It would be about a destination resort that includes a lodge, maybe a golf course, maybe a conference facility, other recreational facilities (trails, horses, etc.). Any suggestions?

I've only seen uses like this as a commercial district, or maybe a conditional use in an ag district.
I would look at Hawaii. I have read on a number of issues lately regarding resorts zones, particularly on Kauai.
Yeah, there are a few in Hawaii. I think Florida has some as well.

Perhaps I'd better take a look at how well they are working.....
I would try Atlantic City, NJ or some other coastal areas.
