Congrats BoSox fans on the win.
When did I go from Luke Skywalker to Obi-Wan Kenobi?

Remember there's only 118 days until pitchers and catchers report

"Budweiser sells a product they reflectively insist on calling beer." John Oliver

    Congrats to the Red Sox.
You get all squeezed up inside/Like the days were carved in stone/You get all wired up inside/And it's bad to be alone

You can go out, you can take a ride/And when you get out on your own/You get all smoothed out inside/And it's good to be alone

Congratulations to the Boston Red Sox. Very impressive.
    _____

As for teams that are "cursed".....it has been a long time since the Chicago Cubs won it all. It has been a long time since the city of Cleveland, OH, had any kind of a major league sports team championship.....maybe since the Browns of the early 1960s....??....

On to "hot stove" time. Go Tigers !!!

I'm glad that the Sox won again. I think they will be contenders for the next few years. I'm not one to like dynasties or endless years of one team dominating a sport. I would love to see the Cubs win or Cleveland. I like baseball, no matter who wins. I think the curse of the Bambino has been transfered to the NY Yankees--couldn't happen to a better team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
