About 15 years ago, i just happened to be channel surfing when i stumbled across this on the local city government access channel.

It was being replayed in loop fashion. I ended up watching it several times.

I am a lay person, and have absolutely NO training, education or practical life experience whatsoever in this area of discussion.

But I found this fella to be so engaging, that i decided to videotape it.

Well, i just found that videotape after forgetting all about it for several years.

Now that I am older, all this stuff is beginning to make more sense.

Great stuff. I have to admit that he is an engaging speaker with important things to say. However, "This is perhaps one of the best downtowns out there..." I think I've heard this somewhere before. Where was that? Oh, it was at every other lecture of his I've attended. Suck up.
