Corridor studies: know any good ones?

I'm looking for examples of good corridor studies dealing with a major arterial or highway through an urban area. Multi-modal, land use issues, and infrastructure improvement are main topics I'm interested in. Maybe even tax-increment financing involved. Any recommendations?

    Gracias,

I would give this study a look over, it covers Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles.

The US 29 Corridor Study in Virginia is a good one as well.

Have a look at the NC 73 Study in Cabarrus, Mecklenburg and Lincoln counties in North Carolina. It traverses rural, suburban and urban areas.

Also, the US Highway 1 Study in Wake County/Raleigh, NC is a good one that incorporates transit.

Thats a strange street, its a wide blvd with Somerset Mall on either side of the road (a large 4 anchor double-dumbell tied with an airport like bridge)

Those are all good, looking quite expensive, too with fancy consultants. Anything with a smaller scale also, perhaps in-house? I know we have compatriots who've hammered out a study with Word and markers and made it into a PDF

If we can stack a few more in here, this might be a well-used resource by folks like myself.

I'll even pony up with some big ones:
Garden of the Gods Corridor Study
    NCTCOG's Regional Rail Corridor Study
    Trans-Texas Corridor
    FM 2222 Corridor Study
    Trinity Parkway Major Investment Study
