    Engineering and inspection fees

    What do you charge for Engineering & Inspection fees? We charge 4% for both.........thanks for your help! John

    I will need a bit more information to answer your question. Do you mean the review of engineered construction documents? Or do you mean the construction inspection of public infrastructure like streets, water lines, sewer lines? Or do you mean something else? Thanks.

    Engineering review fees vary widely depending on the scope of the project.

    For inspection, we charge 5% of the site costs to cover the inspection escrow used to pay our consultant.
