while i do like to decorate...i was actually looking more for University or College planners who deal with issues of space on campuses.

I saw this thread start out and I thought wth is up with dandy but now I understand...
in a past life, in the private sector, I worked for a campus and institutional planner outside of Cambridge (explains a lot, doesn't it) - there are firms that specialize in it or at least have it as one of their services - it was a great job, I was bummed when the recession hit in the early 90's - PM or email me and I can send you the firm's name
