    Transportation Paper

Hello, I have to write a 10 page paper on transportation planning, comparing our city's transportation planning with what our book (Contemporary Urban Planning) discusses in this area of planning. However, I dont know how to fill out the 10 pages. How can i fill the ten pages up and how can I put my paper into sections, for example what topics in transportation planning can I include.

I would probably start by reading your City's transportation master plan (TMP). The structure of the TMP will likely have sections to it (like methodology, background research, hierarchy of roads, etc.) that will then help you break down your own report.

Laredo has an ITS Plan to get you started.
