    Greetings from Southern Alberta

    Hi guys and girls

I'm new to the forum and fairly new to the field, having recently started with a good-sized rural county in Southern Alberta.

Feeling a mite bit lonely here. We've contracted out a lot of services, so I'm something of a one man show. Hoping to have opportunities to 'talk shop', and maybe even learn something.

Welcome from the Queen City of the Rockies. Always welcome to see planners west of the 100th meridian.

Welcome from Indiana (The Hoosier State).

Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.

To learn something new everyday, pay close attention to everything The One says. He knows everything...just ask him.

LOL, Avalanche fan? If there is going to be a fight, I guess you should crumple up and assume the Claude Lemieux position then And yes, WE are HOCKEYTOWN, and we have never lost our team, which Denver cannot claim Actually, I miss the rivalry, other than Sakic I can't name one player on your team...

Wow, planners and hockey fans? I may have found my nirvana here.

Red Wings and Avs eh? Well, as an Oilers fan, I'm just going to go cry in a corner and try to forget this season every happened.

I feel for ya, especially after losing The Mullet (aka, Ryan Smyth). I wish we would have gotten him, instead of that turd Bertuzzi.

There are a lot of Oilers fans on ledges after Tuesday. I spent all day in an MPC meeting, came out to find about 6 messages on my cellphone on that topic.

re: Bertuzzi - I'm sure he and Chelios will be the very best of friends. They should be roommates on the road.

    Hello, from Irving, TX!
"We do not need any other Tutankhamun's tomb with all its treasures. We need context. We need understanding. We need knowledge of historical events to tie them together. We don't know much. FYI: on the local news yesterday they showed Bertuzzi at his first Wings practice and in fact he & Cheli were laughing and joking around! See, hockey brings people together
