Has any one else heard of a new type of urban development called "BOHO Centers"? These are similar to the popular "Lifestyle centers" but 1/6th the size, authentic, Leed Certified, mixed-use developments.
I am looking for anyone who has seen such projects or projects that reflect this philosphy.
