    Howdy from Oklahoma!

    Hey Folks!

I guess this is my spot on the wall to say how do you do? I am sure glad to finally be a member of this cult. I have often browsed these parts but have never yet posted. As a Vice-Mayor of a small town in Oklahoma, I am always interested in learning new things, especially those topics that deal with planning. One day I hope to be a city planner for my town.

Well that is enough about me. Good to meet all of you.

Greetings from a bit northeast of you'all.....northwestern Ohio.

Glad you stopped lurking and have jumped in the pool. Obviously you have browsed long enough to refer to this pack of planners as a "cult". Cool.

Does a Vice-Mayor get to indulge in some vice?

Welcome not a Hoosier, I just work there.

Are you a Sooner or a Cowboy ?

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.

    Hello, from Irving, TX!
"We do not need any other Tutankhamun's tomb with all its treasures. We need context. We need understanding. We need knowledge of historical events to tie them together. We don't know much. Of course we know a lot, but it is context that's missing, not treasures." - Werner Herzog, in Archaeology, March/April 2011

Nope! In my town we don't play around. The mayor was arrested with manslaughter chargers, and we had a cop just get 45 years for child molestation! I am hoping I can turn the tables. Wish me luck!
