    Viewshed protection

We are considering developing viewshed protection regs particulary in coastal areas. What is Cyburbia's experience with these regulations? How can they be implemented without severely limiting development rights in these areas?

What existing overlay districts do you have?
When did I go from Luke Skywalker to Obi-Wan Kenobi?

No first hand experience, but you may want to check out

    http://vancouver.ca/commsvcs/plannin...tudy/index.htm

    and

    http://www.halifax.ca/regionalplanning/index.html.

for west and east coast examples.

Considering you are in New England, Halifax is probably a better example, however Vancouver is better for big buildings.
Too lazy to beat myself up for being to lazy to beat myself up for being too lazy to... well you get the point....
