HOV on freeway outside of North America?

Does anyone know of any location outside of the US or Canada that has HOV lanes on freeways/expressways?

Here's a paper describing some arterial (not specifically highway, although some appear to be major roads) HOV applications throughout the world.

Seems like arterial applications are a lot more widespread than highway applications.
