This isn't to chastise or card, or somesuch, but just a thought. We, as a group, do tend to lean to the left. We especially do that in regards to our profession, quite naturally, but many in other ways, too. I tend toward the center, actually, and am closer to libertarian than anything. However, and even having said the same myself, do think we owe the office of President of the United States higher regard... at least us in the U.S. Yes, I want to distance myself from him and his policy, but we may want to think about how we come across when we make those kind statements.

Moderators, can we rename this thread to “What you look like if you were a monkey?” Last time I checked monkeys were a species. Also, the term “monkey” is often used as a derogatory term.
