Sioux Falls, S.D. (AP) -- A South Dakota prison inmate is suing the hospital where he was circumcised as a newborn, saying he only recently became aware that he'd undergone the procedure and that it robbed him of his sexual prowess.
Dean Cochrun, 28, is asking for $1,000 in compensatory and punitive damages. He also asks in the lawsuit that his foreskin be restored "in the hopes I could feel whole again," ....

Not sure why blowing them up would even be an option. "Hey, let's scatter the body parts all over the landscape. That won't draw scavengers." Can't use motorized vehicles but can use high explosives? That sounds pretty ecologically sound.

Drawing scavengers may not be a big concern? I know in California we blow up dead whales that wash ashore sometimes - the idea being the scavengers clean it all up pretty quickly before decomposing causes too much of an issue.
Children in the back seat can cause accidents - and vice versa.
They blew one up last year (or was it the year before?), that washed up on a beach near where I was born and raised (Ft. Bragg CA).
