On the subject of drunks- what about the news that Clinton's taped interviews are starting to leak out. I found the one about Boris Yeltsin getting drunk and trying to hail a cab in his underwear to "get a slice of pizza" quite hilarious.

Is he related to Barney Fife ?The Adair County sheriff says one of his deputies has lost his job after accidentally locking himself in a jail cell and trying to shoot his way out of it.
Adair County Sheriff Ralph Curry says no one was hurt when Charles Wright fired his weapon.
The incident occurred Monday, the first day the new $12.4 million Adair County Judicial Center had opened to the public after being under construction for more than a year.
Curry told WKYT-TV on Tuesday that the former deputy has claustrophobia and has agreed to pay for the damage he did to the cell.
