Allow me to present KANSAS CITY in June '07 (broadband required)

Starting off June in the Crossroads area --

    Kauffman Garden --

Around Rockhill and the Nelson Atkins Museum --

    Westport Crawfish Block Party --

Around the West Edge of the Plaza --

Saturday at the City Market --

Pendleton Heights -- architecturally historic residential neighborhood in KC's Old Northeast area --

A portion of the Plaza --

    My dad drives this bus...

    Neighbor's dog named Ella --

    Neighbor's son --

I work at the Kansas City Board of Trade --

I took a helicopter ride for aerial photos -- just for fun...

    More from around town --

    Union Station...

    Miscellaneous downtown...

    The West Bottoms...

Seldom seen angles on the Plaza -- just for the fun of it since I work there...

A few parting shots from the Board of Trade...

And that's all from Kansas City in the month of June.

Once again, you have shown yourself as one of the more talented photographers on this forum. Your use of light and color is terrific. Please tell me you don't Photoshop your images to get such great lighting effects. Thanks for posting these.
SOME say the world will end in fire, Some say in ice.
From what I’ve tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice, I think I know enough of hate
To know that for destruction ice
    Is also great
    And would suffice.

    Hey RJ!

As a kid my folks also took me to see a KC Athletics game at the old ball field near downtown. I think it was a double-header since my dad always wanted to get the most out of a buck and he loved baseball.

Yes. AMAZING pictures. But do you touch up the skyscapes? Or are they really that dramatic?
