    Transport planning master

    Hey peps,

Would any of you know of any American universities which offer a Master in Transport Planning (not just traffic/transport engineering or a specialisation under a Master of Urban Planning)? It should cover a host of courses in policy, integrated land use and transport planning, environment, economics, statistics, modelling, engineering, design, network planning and the like. Thanks in anticipation.

Thanks for that. I had a look at the course on offer and it does look good although I must say that the one year version of the course is rather short considering that we can only do 6 units and a thesis, of which 3 are compulsory. But thanks for the advice anyway!

I thought UPenn might have one but apparently they don't.

Actually, a master's in urban planning with a concentration in transportation planning will contain all of those courses. It's just that every course won't be geared exclusively toward transportation.

I guess that is what I'm trying to avoid. My basis for doing so is to focus exclusively on transport issues - and I understand many of the European countries offer a one, mostly two-year, degree in transport planning.
