Anyone heard of HOA portfolio managers?

I saw a job posting for this position in the paper recently. I did a double-take, 'cause I've never heard of it before.

Anyone know what this position does? It sounds like they handle the administrative duties of a HOA, but maybe I'm reading it wrong.

Of course we know a lot, but it is context that's missing, not treasures." - Werner Herzog, in Archaeology, March/April 2011

Sounds like the administer multiple HOAs so the unsavy or uninterested buyers dont need to deal with it.
