    Where do I begin?

I know English may not be your first language. However, incorrect English combined with textspeak (against the rules on Cyburbia) make your message almost incomprehensible. The thread title contains "Zonalevelopment", which isn't even a word.

Also, you asked a vague question which has such a large scope a concise answer is practically impossible. Sure, users on the board ask and answer questions; that's one reason why Cyburbia exists. However, "kindly tell me everything about [some broad topic] in great detail" posts and "do my homework"-type questions are inappropriate.

And you don't even return to the site after you make your post, either. Another reason why we're not allowing any more new users from India.
