TRANPLAN and GIS interface, ARCTRAN does it exist?

Does any one know of an interface program that would correlate TRANPLAN data networks and GIS land us scenarios? I have run across one such program ARCTRAN, does anyone have any experience with this program and how can I purchase it?

This site gives a FREE interface download for Arcview/tranplan and Mapinfo/tranplan. I am currently using the interface between arcview and tranplan. It will not convert your existing tranplan network to realworld coordinates however you can create a new network and then model from that network.
