All I want for Christmas (is my 2 front teeth)

Most of us are blessed with the necessities in life. Sure we'd like to have a new car or house (which some of you fellow Cyburbs got this year) or the 62" Plasma flat panel TV which generally ain't gonna happen, but what is on your list???

All I want for Christmas is:

    the Pixar Shorts DVD
    a digital picture frame
and a new pair of flannel lined jeans

but I too, will take the flannel lined pants after all, sigh...

I hate to admit this, because during 20 years of marriage I can honestly say I have never asked, wished for, or hoped for this, but I could use a little bling...

Is it a CHI? I bought one on ebay last year and it's awesome.

I don't have any big wants this Christmas. MrTresmo finally getting paid for his new job will be enough for me. We can start saving!

    Dear Santa,
I have been a good boy. I want a 14' Otter Livery raft with row frame and oars.

Okay, so I haven't been such a good boy. I will settle for a moustache and beard trimmer (which I know I am getting anyway). A couple DVDs would be nice too. And the phone number of a woman on your naugthy list would be even better!

A new gravel driveway, graded and rolled out flat. And a real man's snow plow. Not my current 1970's piece of #%&* that keeps breaking.

    Is that exciting or what?

Either that or a Subaru Wagon

    A digital camera.
A place to live when I come back from South Asia (waitlisted).
    iTunes.
    Barnes & Noble gift card.

Not that I will be getting any of the above without getting it for myself .

A few books, a few DVDs, and a vintage map of Chicago.

Don't know really. Since I lost weight, I need new dress shirts, but since I got my new job, I will not be dressing up as often.

I don't get serious about Christmas until after December 15th.

That said, get well soon, little savemattoon.

Hope your little one feels better savemattoon.

For Christmas, I'm asking for a digital camera, some new work clothes, a new pair of jeans, and some miscellaneous CDs.

That looks like a great book, and no TSA, nor fellow travelers bumping into you!

I have too much stuff, and it's discombobulated in too many boxes (or not). Don't "need" anything more, but I always crave time to work on/with my stuff.

Also, I used to talk about how I wanted a Norman Rockwell holiday. It'd be delightful to have dinner (or leftovers!) with friendly interesting folks. (At my sister's, the teens will whine about any task. "Please set the table." "I'm busy with this Simpsons re-run!!!" And then they'll run upstairs to their rooms or to the big screen in the basement. The resident adults will be staring at their respective small screens.) Santa doesn't have to bring anything, just show up with a friend and instruments.

I need snow for Christmas. I want lots of stuff, but snow's really all I need.
