    Who's Off on Monday

We are open on the Monday before Christmas and the Monday before New Years this year. Is your office open or closed and are you coming to work? I took both days off, but will be in the day after Christmas and New Years.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all

    Chris

We usually have the day before or the day after Christmas off depending on how it falls. However, this year with Christmas on Tuesday County Council was generous enough to give us off Wednesday too!!! So I'm taking 2 days off work (Thur and Fri) and am off for 9 days!

The office is closed Monday the 24th, but open Monday the 31st. One nice feature is that we leave at 3PM the day before a holiday.

We are open both the 24th and 31st. Rumor has it they will let us go early on the 24th. No news yet about the 31st.

    I'll be here both days.

I get 12/24 off, but not 12/31. I'm taking my "floating holiday" on 12/31 so I can head up to Dallas.

We work a half day Christmas (can I say that?) Eve (I think I can!) and a full day New Year's Eve...........pretty standard for local government across the country..........but howcome the feds get so many holidays??? We could probably save a few billion by deleting one or two...............

Our office is closed Monday but open on Jan. 31.
The Man sent me home early today...not like I needed his authorization.
Everybody in our organization got an extra 1/2 day off--today or NYE.

I think you mean Dec. 31st, right?

My office is closed the 24th, 25th, and 1st. We're open on NYE, so I'll be working that day.
