    Mixed use districts

Does anyone have copies of good mixed use districts. We're looking to adopt one to create a new urbanist/town center feel in the next area expected to develop. We also have proposed projects just outside of our Historic CBD that would work better in a MU zone than in our current districts.
Any guidance you have in finding good MU zones is appreciated.

Hi, I am a student at NYU Law School. I am writing an extensive research paper about mixed use zoning in New York City. I am examining mixing light-medium industry with residential uses in the city. I am interested in any websites, books, articles, treatises, maps, etc. that I can get my hands on. I would really appreciate any help I can get. Of course, I am also more than willing to help anyone out who wants to learn from the research I have conducted thus far -- namely a thorough investigation of New York's 900-page zoning resolution, as well as many articles regarding the resolution.

Please feel free to email me at any time. My email address is ag584@nyu.edu
