A bill introduced in the Colorado legislature will hamper HOA abilities to regulate environmentally friendly alterations to one's home.

Looks like I will put up a clothesline this summer and maybe look more into solar panels.

Slight title edit to remove the "teaser title" impression.

Contrary to what the amended title may portray, I am in full support of this initiative. This can only bring good.

You get all squeezed up inside/Like the days were carved in stone/You get all wired up inside/And it's bad to be alone

You can go out, you can take a ride/And when you get out on your own/You get all smoothed out inside/And it's good to be alone

Every state should do this. And maybe even restrict the ability to require lawns of a specific type.
