Saturday - Work on taxes. Yuck.

Got a call yesterday morning from a realtor saying he had a group that wanted a private showing of my house that's for sale. Spent 2 hours cleaning it all up and getting it "show" ready, left the house, and about 15 minutes before it was supposed to be shown he calls and says they cancelled. FML
At least my house is spotless, now.

Thursday, ZG's son in going out of town for a few days.
Friday, I'm taking the day off using incentive leave for all the blood I've donated. Pool time.
Saturday, no plans. Pool time!
Sunday, morning golf. Afternoon by the pool!
With the kid gone through the weekend, there could be some hanky-panky by and in the pool. Weather forecast looks good.

Friday: 7am - sailing to Molokini Crater to go snorkeling and diving, afternoon will be spent driving to Waianapanapa and setting up camp with the possibility of a quick hike, evening will be spent drinking and relaxing on the beach
Saturday: Hiking up to the 7 pools of Hana and exploring Waianapanapa, evening will be spent drinking and relaxing on the beach
Sunday: Morning swim followed by driving back to Kahului. Lunch in town. Fly back to Honolulu.
I love Molokini Crater.....keep an eye out for the shark.

I am so excited about swimming with some sharks! Last time I was at Molokini I had the great pleasure of meeting a few juvenile white tip reef sharks. I am hoping to get to see a few more this trip.I love Molokini Crater.....keep an eye out for the shark.

Off to our land! Trying to get out Friday night so we can have two nights. Got my work cut out for me - drywall taping a small cabin, trim work, painting, some repairs and framing work. And then, bike riding!

Ah. I have been going through this exact same situation. The worst is when they just don't show and never call to cancel. Spend an hour and a half or more hanging out in a library or bar or something waiting for when they should be done and then come to find out they never even showed up. Actually, the very next day ANOTHER realtor called and wanted to show the house the next morning, so all my cleaning didn't go for naught (and they did show up)!
This weekend, I'll probably be watching some more NCAA basketball, plus I'll go out for drinks Friday night with some friends. Saturday, some friends of mine wanted to go push some cars around a parking lot (training for strongman competition) so I'll probably join them. Sunday, who knows? Probably getting rid of more stuff I don't need.

Occupy Cyburbia!
Just got back from a four day weekend at Frankenmuth. It was a gastronome's holiday and we enjoyed their famous chicken dinners, Rhine wines and German beers every day for lunch and dinner. Made the obligatory stop of Bronner's. Spent most of the remaining time watching Junior go nuts at the multiple swimming pools, and miniature golf. All in all a nice little off-season trek.
