Strong work, dude.
Strong work, dude.
It must be one of those right wing conspiracies full of back e-mail deals and post padding.
Congrads and I am sure the numbers will progressively increase as the election comes closer.
"A long habit of not thinking a thing wrong, gives it a superficial appearance of being right, and raises at first a formidable outcry in defense of custom. Time makes more converts than reason." - Thomas Paine Common Sense.
And a very large portion of those posts are smart and substantial, too. It was no trivial effort for eG to join Teh Clubbbbbe.
nope, his posts are jam-packed!!!
Congrats ! and thank-you for the content of your threads and posts.
Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.

I havent been reading/posting in a while...
Considering he left partly because of me, let me say how cool it is have you back!
I'm sorry. Is my bias showing?
The ends can justify the means.
Good work......very good work......
"The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness."
John Kenneth Galbraith
I get warm fuzzies knowing how hard his kind is working to keep the web world populated in smilies
Great job of slackerbating, my sounds-like-a-military-man friend. As others have said, the content of your posts is quite interesting.
Your posts remind me of conservative pundit P.J. O'Rourke. That's a good thing, yes indeed.
Keep up the slacking.
Actually, this is my second entry into the Clubbbbbe Cyburbian. Once, long ago, in a barely remembered Cyburbia I boldly burst into the 5000 clube scene. I think I was the fifth or sixth to enter those hallowed halls. Then Dan re did how the posts were calculated, or something and I lost about 500. As I remember it, it was some well overdue adjustment he made. No issues there. And frankly 5000 is just a measure of little real significance.
It is the content of our posts that should count. And in that regard there are many more people than me here who consistantly offer very high quality posts with insightful and thoughtfull content. Reading their thoughts is what keeps brining me back. I have learned so much from you. So, tip of the hat to you my fellow Cyburbia contributing posters. That smile was for Jen.
Also, I figure that with maybe ten minutes of my life -on average- spent crafting each quality post, I have spent about 850 hours of my life or 35 days ranting to my liberal planner friends about the error of their ways.
I haven't made a dent have I?
