Does anyone have knowledge or experience with the following?
a. condemning vacant lots
b. condemning portions of lots, whether or not they have structures on them

I had thought condemnation was only for structures where issues of health, safety, and welfare are concerned.

I recognize that individual state laws will probably affect the answers to these questions.
