Work performance in planning departments

Hello Cyburbians,

Question: Does the planning agency/department you work for have written performance measures/benchmarks in place to track work performance on plans and plan implementation?

My reason for posing this question is I have been chosen to be a part of a committee at the planning department I work for that will tackle this issue very soon.
