Looks like I'm going to get my geek card revoked.
When did I go from Luke Skywalker to Obi-Wan Kenobi?
Some very odd questions for "history" today...

I didn't even know the trivia challenge was still active.![]()
Okay, so I'll ask my newbie question again... Do we not all get the same questions each day?
Yes, that's what I meant - do we all get the same questions every day. I see people comment in the little chat box about the questions and sometimes it's about questions I didn't have. For instance, someone said something about a skateboarding question the other day, and I didn't have a skateboarding question. There have been a couple others recently.
Here's the setting I use:
"Yes, give all players slightly different questions, if I am using a default category."

What do musicals have to do with history?!

I vote for throwing in a day of Geography: Difficult. Being planners mostly, I think we should be able to handle the more difficult geography questions.

Interesting, I had to actually send in a correction today... I still wouldn't have won, but they were flat out wrong!![]()

That was hard but fun! Only 5 out of 10, I better do better tomorrow...
ok so people aren't my thing 6 out of 10
Need a planner? Why not Dvd?
The Civil War questions sure were tough! Asking who was the best man at a General's wedding, and who was the Postmaster General just don't fit my idea of need-to-know information!
"We do not need any other Tutankhamun's tomb with all its treasures. We need context. We need understanding. We need knowledge of historical events to tie them together. We don't know much. Of course we know a lot, but it is context that's missing, not treasures." - Werner Herzog, in Archaeology, March/April 2011
Two days ago were tough too... Not common Civil War questions... very random...

In the four or so years that I have been playing this game I have never been at the top - even for a day. So I am extremely excited that I could do it for today. Since it seems that Geo can answer questions correctly without reading them, my reign was short, but I am proud. 1 day out of 1040 days playing is a solid percentage...![]()

Well my streak ended, I don't know if I ever want to play again....And that was with me playing on my phone the last three days! Nice!

Anyone interested in taking over as the trivia administrator? I can't access it from work anymore, and won't be able to modify the settings on a timely basis...

I will do it unless someone else wants to. I'm working on a raise for the IT guy, so he won't cut me off.

I support Giff. I would do if it you really have no urge.
