Best neighborhoods in the DFW metroplex?

Who's got some areas for me? I'm heading down there either this Sunday or next weekend to gaulk the area and need you experts to point me in the right direction.

That's a tough question, given that the Metroplex is SO big. There are lots of good neighborhoods. It would help to identify places to which you'd like to be conveniently located.

You mentioned applying to UT-Arlington in another thread. Arlington and it's neighbor Grand Prairie have plenty of nice areas that would put you close to UTA campus.

Is there another place in the Metroplex you'd like convenient access to?
