Graduate Real Estate, Columbia, MIT, Chicago

There has been alot of discussion here about some of the top tier real estate graduate programs. I received an email from the Liautaud Graduate School of Business at the University of Illinois, Chicago regarding their Master of Arts in Real Estate program. Link here: http://www.uic.edu/cba/mare/index.html

"Thank you for your interest in the Liautaud MRE program. It's a small
program (although you are taking classes with both MBA students as well as
urban planning students) so we get about 20 applications in the fall and 3/4
    are accepted."

Does anyone here have an opinion of this program? Better yet, does anyone have reliable or real world experience with this program or business school?

    Hmmm...

^^This should elicit a raised eyebrow. Why so few applicants, and why so easy to get in?
