I am a heritage management specialist living in (if you could not guess from the title) the Netherlands. I've always had an interest in the relationship of heritage and planning, and am considering returning to school to pursue it. However, I would like to know if this would be a wise choice. Is anyone familiar with employment rates/career outlook for planning and design in the Netherlands? If someone were to graduate with a degree in planning right now, how long would it take for them to find actual employment? Would a currently practicing urban planner recommend this as a good field to go into right now?

Thanks to anyone who could offer any insight!
