    Shared Parking Agreements (TX)

Do any of the Texas folks on Cyburbia have a template or example of a shared parking agreement between more than 4 business/property owners that has passed legal muster? I can't seem to find any examples.

Not off the top of my head, but I think you could ask of the TXAPA and see if you get more luck. When I did any shared parking it was done with the project approval and it was a simple form that had to be filled out and recorded so any title searches would bring up the agreement.

San Diego seems to be similar to what I'm used to.

Oh we've done them, but I have serious doubts that they would ever pass legal muster.

"Oh, that is all well and good, but, voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country."
