EIther are o.k. but you shouldn't refer to someone as the "licensee" before the license has been granted. If the license was previously granted, it should say "The licensee had". Bet you're glad you asked?Originally posted by giff57

You're getting closer. The problem is that gerund is really a Yiddish word. When you've tried to gefix some gefilte fish for Seder and it doesn't come out right, you've gerund it.

How often do you see application's that have apostrophe's in all of their plural's?
Also, similar to 'culs-de-sac', the proper plural of 'right-of-way' is 'rights-of-way'.
