From a little walk along W Beach Drive this afternoon

Panama City FL. It's really not that bad here.

I think that's all of them. But maybe not. Should I have posted this in the DULL thread?

    Oops. One more. Lake Caroline.

Thanks. But because they didn't all load the first time and I'm feeling really lazy (or drunk) there are about 10 or so more pictures in the "Florida, Other" gallery for your enjoyment.

That is all. Off to my fish fry. Can you say "grouper"?

Crikey. What is the density of that place? Looks about 10 dwellings per hectare?

    From this morning

This is Rumpy's old 'hood out in the Cove.

There are more in the "Florida, Other" gallery. I don't have the patience to post them all in the thread because I get frustrated.

Hectare? You speak in tongues. I checked parcels sizes this morning along W Beach with GIS. Nothing less that 1/2 acre and some as large as 2.5 acres. Most in the +3/4 acre range. All those homes have a great view of the bay.

I suppose I could Google "hectare" but why?

    Haha!

Well hectare is 2.4 acres, acre is about a soccer pitch. Development industry in UK is still to ft square, but generally, and strangely its dwellings to hectare. Its a mish mash.

Apart from the very specific developments minimum is 30 dph (10 p acre).
