    Social psychology and urban planning?

I'm having a very hard time deciding between social psychology and urban planning. I'm finishing sociology BA in this summer and I have to choose a Master program in 3 weeks. I'm very very interested in both of these fields in the same way. Can I use social psychology knowledge in urban planning? If i study both of them, will i have the opportunity to combine them? If it's more reasonable to study only one of them, than which one sould it be? ...and finally where should I study? I'd like to work in Europe, my favourite places are Northern Europe and West-France.

Social psychology helps in understanding a community and its individuals. I thoroughly enjoyed my one course in social psychology. It has been usuful in my work and graduate planning studies.
