A fairly broad and random question. Does anyone have any good examples of efficient staff reports that you use for your Boards and Commissions, that you would be willing to share.? We have used old templates here that were created several years ago, but we are always having to edit and add information. Thanks!
Here's a couple of recent ones - they are not fancy but get to the point - site plans and subdivisions have a completeness phase where all the review is for is that the application is complete and ready for public hearing, then we schedule the public hearing.

How do I attach files??? Okay, maybe that's a premium service. I'd be happy to post two report types. My county board reports are almost always one page. Very brief summary. The full planning commission report is much more in depth and attached to the CB report.
