    Done and done.
I'm sorry. Is my bias showing?

Let's not be didactic in this profession, because that is a path to disillusion and irrelevancy.

That is bad news Chet I'll send a little bit of luck your way....once I find it

Yeah, why did you get fired?
You get all squeezed up inside/Like the days were carved in stone/You get all wired up inside/And it's bad to be alone

You can go out, you can take a ride/And when you get out on your own/You get all smoothed out inside/And it's good to be alone

Threw a legal pad and fired myself in support. Sadly, the new guy that looks a lot like me has already picked up the pad and come to work. Being self-employed sucks sometimes too.

I am throwing a pen, legal pad AND sticky notes.

Seriously, though, that's super crappy news, Chet! WTF?!

I realize it won't pay any bills, but it seems you've got some good support here.

    That stinks, Chet.

Because I don't use legal size pads, I threw two letter size pads, my stapler, a picture off the wall, and my desk lamp into the parking lot.

Staff watched with mixed curiosity and amusement.

    Chet,

I am sorry, dude. Tossed an intern out into the snow as a show of solidarity. HR is pissed.
