[IowaAPA] Example Watershed Plans

and is looking for examples. Issues we wish to address include land use,
groundwater protection, storm water management, and low-impact
development and other BMPs. If you have participated in a watershed
planning effort, or if you are familiar with example watershed plans,

might review some good examples.

Les,

Dubuque County has been working on a stormwater ordinance for our county for nearly two years. We hired MSA Engineers to assist with writing the language. We had our first public input meeting two weeks ago and the Board of Supervisors recommended some changes. This is the version before the changes.

We will be taking a final draft to the Zoning Commission and Board of Supervisors for a final hearing sometime this summer. I only have this much available through email. It is missing the appendices which describe each of the BMP's. I will send you an updated version when I have one available.
