    Maximum parking ratios

Does anyone have any examples of maximum parking ratios? Currently we have minimum but some larger uses still park for the day after Thanksgiving (seas and seas of concrete) and I am looking for some alternatives.

    Any help would be appreciated.

City of Rockingham includes maximum parking ratios in its main centres.

But so long as box shopping centres are the norm, there will always be a sea of carparking (trust me here). You are much better off trying to maximise on-street carparking, allowing nil-setbacks and permitting developments to provide no parking at all.
