    Hola from Toronto

Hi all, my name is Pirijan and in school I majored in both Biology and Urban Studies. It's a weird mix of fields for sure, but I've always seen lot of similarities between ecology, cellular and urban organizations and structures. Anyways, I hope to one day become an urban designer.

For now though, I'm finding it really difficult to get started in the field and gain some real world experience. Still looking

I found Cyburbia through Google, lurked for a while and really wanted to contribute too. What I like most about this site are the wide variety of peoples and opinions in discussions and I hope I can add something to that.

So ya, that was my introduction and now I wonder how many people here are from Toronto too.

Greetings from the Hoosier state, hard by the Ohio River.

We've got some Torontonians herabouts. I'm sure they'll stop by to say hello.

Another welcome from the Hoosier State, along the Ohio River.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves?
Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here?
Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Are you sure you're not hurt ?
No. Just some parts wake up faster than others.
Broke parts take a little longer, though.

    Hello, from Dallas, TX!
"We do not need any other Tutankhamun's tomb with all its treasures. We need context. We need understanding. We need knowledge of historical events to tie them together. We don't know much. Of course we know a lot, but it is context that's missing, not treasures." - Werner Herzog, in Archaeology, March/April 2011
