    Hello from South Carolina

    Hello everyone!

    I'm from the Palmetto State of South Carolina, and I ran into this forum researching more information about a career in urban planning. I'm so glad I found it too! There's such a wealth of information on here! I have a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University and am currently obtaining my MBA. I really don't have a planning background, but I have become passionate about this field over the years, so I'm ready to learn more.

    Right now, I'm interested in researching planning schools, making some contributions as best as I can, and networking, too. Can't wait to see what else is in store here!

    Welcome from Central Indiana. I grew up in SC and got my undergrad at Winthrop!

    Planning is a varied field, which many subfields. I am a municipal planner, a mix of enforcement, policy and long-term planning.
