Anyone know just about how selective they are? They are one of my top choices - the others are USC, Cal Poly, UC-Denver, and UC-I. I have a general feeling about all of them, but not with UW. I had counted them out because I know how competitive UWash is, but now I am finding out that perhaps the urban planning grad programs are less so.

My stats are:

College:The real UW (UW-Madison)
Degree: History (Only took one intermediate-level Urban Planning-related course)
GPA: 3.3, and 3.5 in major, but took 4 courses in econ, three in math, one in stats.
GRE: 720Q/480V/4.5W (3 years ago); could probably do a lot better a second time around.

Think I'd have a chance?

Who knows? It would not hurt to apply. From reading this message board, there are other significant factors, besides G.P.A and GRE scores.

Well, anything you'd like to tell me about USC, which is probably my #1 or #2 choice?
