Good example of mobility plan?

Does anyone have a good example of a multi-modal mobility plan done at the city level that you can send me? I am about to be the project manager for one and would like to see how others have been structured.

I wouldn't say it's a great example, but the proposed Calgary Transportation Plan was an interesting read when it came out.
