    ITE Trip Generation 8th edition

Does anyone have a spreadsheet for common trip generation rates from the 8th edition of Trip Generation?

Also, does anyone have the am and pm rates for a Marina?

    Thanks!

Just a 'heads up' here. I suggest everyone read this post from a similar TG thread. Indeed, you may want to read the whole thread, as there is valuable commentary there as well.

If this thread devolves into a "Email me the spreadsheet" and "Me Too!" thread, it will similarly be closed without further notice.

    Everybody understand? Good! Carry on.

    Well.....

Why not just use the 7th edition numbers? I haven't seen the 8th edition yet....hell we can't even afford to buy the dang book Since we're not a member it is crazy expensive:

    Member Price: $ 275.00
    Non-Member Price: $ 412.50

Description/ITE Code Units Rate/DailyPM Peak Rate PM In PM Out
    Marina 420 Berths 2.96 0.19 60% 40%
Notes- Caution- Only 2 Studies for Peak (11 for daily)

    I found these numbers here:

I will be nice and say that 8th Edition numbers are unchanged, and they add an AM rate of 0.08 at 33% in / 67% out.

Otherwise, consider this my usual RTG rant about use and misuse of the ITE Trip Generation, as well covered in the other thread the Gedunker links to.

However, props to the OP for identifying correctly as Trip Generation, not with an extra "manual" in the title as so many do.

Well, the daily and PM peak hour rates only, not any equations, AM data, Friday data, Saturday or Sunday data, holiday season data for retail, hourly distributions, and other useful things
